Are you able to accommodate allergens in your baked goods?

Accepted Answer

Yes, most of our items are able to be customized to meet most dietary restrictions including: gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, sugar-free, or with a combination of allergy restrictions. Our order form allows you to customize available pproducts. Select a product and it will show the available Allergen Friendly Versions when you go to add to cart. Click the + sign on each item to see the allergen friendly versions of each item such as gluten free, vegan, sugar free ect. You can select more than one!

Question 2

What do you use for Gluten-Free Foods?

Accepted Answer

We use Pecan flour, Almond Flour, Pamelas All-Purpose Gluten Free flour or Pamelas Gluten Free Bread Flour. This depends on the food item. Please be sure to let us know if you have a nut allergy. Our gluten-free items are celiac safe. We have a seperate kitchen which we cook our gluten free items that has no gluten. This is to ensure no cross contamination.

Do you take special requests for items not on your menu?

Accepted Answer

We do take special requests. However, whether or not we accept these requests is at our discretion depending upon materials, time, and our expertise pertaining to the request. Our recipes have been practiced and refined through time and experience to provide the best product, but we are always up for a fun challenge! This is how we often add new items to our menu. We can also change the flavors of our existing items.

Is your food ready for pickup at a storefront?

We do not have a brick and mortar location or set hours. We attend several farmers markets and festivals throughout the year and have several locations and dates you can pickup from.

You can preorder from our hotplate for pickup at any of our upcoming event dates and sign up for text alerts to be notified when new locations/dates are added.

Are you licenced and insured?

Accepted Answer

O’Regan Creations is a cottage bakery. This means that we bake all of our products from our residence. We fall under the Tennessee Food Freedom Act and are legally able to make all of our products without inspection from the Department of Health or licensing. With that said, we went above and beyond the requirements of state law and are licensed and permitted. We also have become Serve Safe Certified, so that our customers can be confident in our ability to provide a clean and professionally-managed kitchen. We have full coverage for daily operations and events through the Food Liability Insurance Program.

How should I store my food?

Accepted Answer

All of our products are made with ZERO additives and preservatives. For this reason, we recommend that all purchased items be consumed on the same day of pickup, or following day from pickup for optimal freshness. We do not recommend shipping our products. While all items are shelf-stable for 1-2 days, to extend the life of our products we recommend tightly wrapping in plastic wrap and refrigerating for no more than 3 days, or freezing in a freezer safe container for no more than a month. Instructions for most items will be on the sticker of your item.

How much notice do you need for orders?

Typically, 2 days’ notice is required. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests over the phone, but this is not common. Mom is a stay-at-home parent with a toddler that she cares for, and Dad works another full-time job! So, planning really helps us to ensure that we provide the best product possible. For larger orders for weddings, birthdays, or office parties, we typically need at least a week’s notice (sometimes more) depending on the size of the order. We take larger orders on a case-by-case basis, pending our existing schedule of events and other orders.

What is your refund/return policy?

Accepted Answer

We know mistakes happen, and we strive to make sure every customer walks away happy with their food. We will remake any order that has an issue due to our baking, or provide a future credit towards another order. It is our policy that every customer leaves happy with their food, because we can only improve as a bakery if we learn from our mistakes and remake the order correctly. We do not provide monetary refunds because this fails to rectify the food. We will request the original food is returned along with feedback so we can remake your order. Please do not dispose of your food or we cannot provide a remake or credit.
